Still trying to get in some semblance of shape. Still failing miserably, lol.
Amelia taught me to do some pushup-esque move where you make like a plank for 10 seconds, then prop yourself on your elbows for 10 seconds, then get back up. She made it look so easy and I literally could not do it! I am so weeeeeeeeaaaak. Well at least now I have a goal!

I tried to do the plank thing for a minute and almost died. I agree this is impossibly hard.
